Immunity changes with time

Researchers have recently published a finding in the journal Immunity, in which they have showed that immunity of a body changes with time i.e. body clock.

Researchers on mice model and found that an immune protein Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9), which senses the DNA of bacteria and virus, is responsive more or less depending on the time. They have found that sepsis induction and severity changes with time and TLR9.

According to researchers, this study could lead to better optimized therapeutic strategies.
