Difference between Galaxy Tab 10.1 And iPad 2 according to Samsung Lawyer

It sounds interesting that the Samsung lawyer was unable to tell the difference between the Galaxy Tab 10.1 And iPad 2 in a hearing earlier this week in U.S.

The lawyer was unable to tell the tablet whether it was Galaxy Tab 10.1 or iPad 2 from a 10 feet.


As mentioned in the Reuters News website,

Koh [US Judge] frequently remarked on the similarity between each company’s tablets. At one point during the hearing, she held one black glass tablet in each hand above her head, and asked Sullivan if she could identify which company produced which. 

"Not at this distance your honor," said Sullivan, who stood at a podium roughly ten feet away. 

"Can any of Samsung’s lawyers tell me which one is Samsung and which one is Apple?" Koh asked. A moment later, one of the lawyers supplied the right answer.

Apple and Samsung are filing against each other for sometime in the battle of patents. There are more than 20 cases running in 10 countries.
