Low cost solution for Windows-7 phone apps developer

Now in a few weeks, windows-7 phone apps developer will find a low cost solution to develop apps.
Microsoft and the ChevronWP7 unlock team are working on the development of an unlock tool. The team will charge only $9 for the solution and in this way will make Windows Phone development more accessible.
The developers will be able to unlock their devices and will be able to use and check the applications before the launch.
Remember, the previous cost for the developers was $99 per year to develop applications.

The team revealed that the application will be simple to use, following these steps:
1. A Windows Live ID will be required for registration
2. ChevronWP7 Labs will distribute “unlock token”. The charge is $9.00 via PayPal or credit card per single device
3. Download and install a custom unlock tool
4. Device placed into an unlock queue managed by ChevronWP7 labs team
5. Windows Phone device unlocked to load on custom XAPs and homebrew applications
According to Chevron WP7, the application will be able to be used for privacy. They have also pointed out that
It’s important to note that we don’t need the Windows Live ID tied to your phone. We simply require any Windows Live ID to simplify the registration and login process.
