Siri Chief leaves Apple Inc.

Co-Founder and CEO of Siri, Personal Assistant, Dag Kittlaus, leaves the company.
Kittlaus worked as CEO of Siri since 2007 and before that he was an entrepreneur at the Stanford Research Institute and also worked for Motorola. Apple Inc. purchased Siri in April 2010 with Dag Kittlaus as the co-founder and CEO of the company.

As reported by PocketNow on behalf of AllThingsD, there are many reasons of Dag Kittlaus's leaving the company on a friendly basis.
Among other reasons, one was that his family resides in Chicago and “a desire to take time off and an interest in brainstorming new entrepreneurial ideas.”
He is leaving the company but it may have no impact on the working of Apple Inc. as “other key execs from Siri are expected to remain at Apple.”
