Samsung filing to ban iPhone-4S in Australia and Japan

Samsung has again filed for the ban of iPhone-4S in Australia and Japan. It is a next step after its last week's filings of ban of iPhone-4S in Italy and France.
Samsung has filed for preliminary injunctions in both the Tokyo District Court and in the New South Wales Registry, Australia, as reported by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ).
The filing action can have bad impact on the sales of iPhone-4 and iPad-2 in Japan.

We are now counter-attacking Apple again," said James Chung, a spokesman at Samsung Electronics.
As reported by WSJ, Samsung has lost a request of the ban of Apple products in Netherlands and on the other hand, Apple has won the injunction related to the prevention of the sale of Galaxy Tab 10.1 in Australia.
