Slight current may improve your memory

In a recent research published online in The New England Journal of Medicine, researchers have reported that slight current may enhance your memory.

They worked on epileptic patients while implanting pacemaker devices called as deep brain stimulators developed Medtronic and St. Jude Medical, under the skin connected to tiny electrodes in the brain, which can produce electrical impulses.

Researchers have found that entorhinal cortex - part of the brain helping in the formation of and storage of memories - have gotten improvement in terms of memory.
