Windows Phone has gotten 35,000 applications after one year

Microsoft's Windows Phones have reached a level of 35,000 apps after one year. WIndow's Phone 7 was launched on October 21 with 1000 apps available within the first week.
WP7applist has tracked 35,218 apps globally and found that 5100 of them are inactive. More than half of them   are free i.e. 52%. Average price of apps is $1.70.

More than 15000 apps were in April in the Marketplace.
As reported by WP7applist, 191 apps are updated on average daily and in the last 24 hours, 26 apps were updated and 60 were added.
Microsoft has recently finalized its Windows Phone 7.5 "Mango" and Microsoft's device partners are also developing apps for its new devices.
Microsoft's partnership with Nokia will be revealed on Wednesday.
