• Milk has moisturizing fats that may help in decreasing redness from sunburn or to decrease some of the dryness and itching caused by skin conditions such as xerosis or eczema.
• Natural yellow color of butter is due to beta-carotene found in the grass the cows graze on.
• An 8-ounce glass of milk gives the same amount of calcium as one-fourth cup of broccoli, seven oranges or six slices of wheat bread.
